Story-related; After bringing the nails to Bob he will ask you to collect the tin foil. You'll need to head to the same house you got the nails from, but go through the fence to the right. The tin foil is always found in the same place:

• On the picnic table right after you walk through the fence
• In the bedroom of the first house next to the computer
• On the kitchen table of the second house
• On the kitchen table of the third house
• On the picnic table behind Amy's (the last building on the street)
