I would recommend to do this in a user defined overtake event, since the first promo event makes it very difficult at sometimes, because there is so little space and you can easily hit the wall or crash into a competitor.

However, if you do this on a race track (like me) it becomes very easy. You have a lot of space to drive around your competitors and on long straits its a breeze to pass them.

Your aim is to get a multiplier of 10 which nets you 1000 points. Everytime you pass a car cleanly you'll get +100 points and after some time without a new overtaking you'll get -100 points. If you crash a car or the wall or drive outside the track in the green you'll be reset to the beginning and have to start from 100 again. Make use of your unlimited rewinds to avoid this.

Here are my suggested settings:

Personally I picked a VW Golf R, because it's good allrounder, but other cars will also work if you're comfortable with them.

For this achievement, you'll need to reach the maximum multiplier of 10 in an overtake event. I recommend doing this on the first promo event that you are offered as it is quite easy.

Every time you overtake a car, you will be rewarded with a multiplier. If you take too long to overtake a car, you will lose a multiplier. If you collide with another car or the track, you will go all the way back down to the minimum.

To get this achievement, you'll want to take your time overtaking cars, making sure not to touch anything with your car. Don't worry about speed too much, it's not as important as clean racing. Once you reach the maximum multiplier (1,000 pts in the event specified), you will unlock the achievement.

This can be done in the First Promo Event that is in Chicago. This event looks very much like the Track Days in Forza 4.

You need to overtake the other cars in rapid succession and get to the 1000pts Bonus. For each car you pass the bonus goes 100pts up. If it takes to long to pass the next, you will drop 100pts. If you hit another car or wall you will be placed back to 100pts bonus. Sometimes it's a bit of luck opponents don't hit you.
