When you first load up the World Series Racing (Single player mode) from the main menu you will be thrown into an 8 car race, you do not need to win this race only finish it.
After you finish you will be shown a cut scene in which a man named Patrick Callahan calls you, the achievement will pop after this cutscene.
You do not need to call him for this achievement
