How to unlock the Jack of All Trades achievement in GRID 2 - Definitive Guide

This can be done through Career, Custom Event or Online. (Offline/Online)

I get this achievement using "Custom Event". That can be access after you finish first 3 races.(Opening race, Test drive in a Race-track and California race).

There are total of 9 Race types. (Race, Time Attack, Drift, Eliminator, Overtake, Touge, Faceoff, Checkpoint, Endurance). You must finish all race type so the achievement will pop up.

*The setting below is base on Single Player Custom Event, might be different in Career or Online.*

1. Race - Standard Race, the first one cross the finish line win. You can select any track you like from "Track Selection", for Circuit race you can select how many laps(minimum 1 lap, maximum 5 laps) you like or day/night effect.

2. Time Attack - The player who have the best lap time will win the event. You can set
how many lap from "Track Selection". ( Minimum 2 laps, Maximum 5 laps)
Be careful, AI Car will stay in the same track too. If you doing badly in a corner or crash something, use Y to Flashback, it won't affect and you can do a better lap time also.

3. Drift - The player who have the most point will win the event.
Most of them are short, finish the race within time limit. Crash or off the track you will lose all the point in that single drift, but you can use flashback to cover your mistake.

4. Eliminator - The last one who stay in the track will win the event.
There will be a count down timer. After 20 seconds, the elimination begin, after another 20 seconds, the last one will be eliminated(0:40.00), and repeat every 20 seconds until the last player stay in the track and the race will end there.

5. Overtake - Like a track day event in Forza Motorsport 4. You score 100 Points for overtake a vehicle, Overtake another will increased to 200 Points(Maximum is 1,000 Points), but it will decreased when you haven't overtake another vehicle for few seconds. If you crash or off the track it will reset to 100 Points again. The player with the most points win the event.

6. Touge - 5 seconds Rule. 2 players in the same track, one is ahead, another one is below. The goal is finish the race 5 seconds ahead another driver to win. In custom Event, if there only have 1 round (2 drivers in the evnet not 4 or more), this event will repeat 1 time, that mean 2 wins to end it.

7. Faceoff - A Rival Race event. Beat your opponent to win, those track are non race-track, mostly are set on street or mountain road.

8. Checkpoint - Drive most Distance to win. The Race will begin with a count down timer and your goal is drive as long as you can. Pass a checkpoint will give you few more seconds, but it will decreased after some checkpoint, when the clock reach 0 second the race will end.

9. Endurance - Similar to Forza Motorsport 4 Multiplayer mode(Timed event). The driver who drive the most distance within time limit will win the event. You can set the time from "Track Selection" after you set the race type to Endurance. Minimum is 5 mins, maximum is 40 mins.

Once you finish all Race types, the achievement will pop up when in loading Screen.
