How to unlock the Outback and Gone achievement in GRID 2 - Definitive Guide

- What you are going to do is the following:

- Set up a custom race on the Mount Panorama course

- take the Koenigsegg Agera R (Tier 4)

- after you drive around the first left corner there will be a very long straight where you can accelerate
(otherwise there is another very long straight just before you arrive at the start/finish line)

- just accelarate until you reach 354 km/h (or 220 mph)

- then you should get the achievement right away (if not, then just quit to the dashboard and try it again, this way I also got the achievement)

I had to restart the game too for the achievement to pop.

You're obliged to restart your Xbox, first i play this achievement wtih the time on the same race but finally, no achievement ! So i restart the game, play the same race but easily with the bugatti veyron and i win 2 achievements !

I think any of the full-on super cars should be capable of it - I got it using the Huayra. The GT3 cars seem to be restricted to just below 350 kph so they're not worth trying even if they post good lap times.

A straightforward trophy that is best attempted in the Agera. You can unlock this in the Mountain straight (between corners 1 and 2 on the map below,) but if this doesn't work, then Conrod straight (Between corners 18 and 21) will definitely be long enough to reach the speed. Any event type will do, and you can use upgraded cars if need be online.

This is another easy one.
In WSR, create a custom event with the following settings:
- Race (on Mount Panorama - first track)
- Tier 4
- Unlimited Flashbacks
- 1 lap
Select the Koenigsegg Agera R as this car is incredibly fast! Start accelerating after the first left turn and keep accelerating on the long straight where you should reach 220mph in no time and unlock the achievement!
