How to unlock the Ring Master achievement in GRID 2 - Definitive Guide

There's multiple challenges for the achievement.

On season FOUR the first is the Vehicle challenge for the Chevrolet Corvette or Dodge Viper. It will be on the RED BULL RING on the SOUTH CIRCUIT track.

BEAT A TIME OF 00:54:00
Times may vary depending on difficulty.

On season FOUR again, The Vehicle challenge is for the Ariel Atom or KTM X BOW R. It will be on the RED BULL RING on the GP CIRCUIT.

BEAT A TIME OF 01:26:00
Times may vary depending on difficulty.

You must make sure you finish by 5 seconds of the timer. Try to avoid over-braking or cutting corners as this will sever your times. When going around corners try not to apply too much gas/throttle as it may induce oversteer but if you go into a drift try to keep in control as it will help you out.

Other than that if you do make a mistake be sure to utilize the flashbacks.

This achievement may also be missable, I do need clarification on this.

I got it already in Season 2, during the WSR I picked the Alfa Romeo 4C as reward and got the other car (BMW 1 Series M Coupe) offered as vehicle challenge on the Redbull Ring.

yes it is missable. If you finish season 5 and you won all the cars without wining this achievment then you cant get it

Yeah , I missed it . Had to start a new seperate save and reach season 2 . I thought I could play them Using the Timeline , Turns out i can't :(

The times do vary per difficulty, tried the season four corvette/viper challenge on easy, medium and hard, times were 1:00:00, 54:00 and 49:00 respectively. If you are having trouble getting the achievement turn down the difficulty :)

Yep vehicle challenge season 2. Very easy if you turn down the difficulty, I beat it by 20 seconds on the first try. I'd picked the BMW previously, so did this event in the Alfa Romeo 4C.

Vehicle Challenges don't often come up on the Red Bull Ring tracks and unfortunately Vehicle Challenges are not in the timeline so you cannot go back and replay them thus making this missable.

The first opportunity you will get at this is a Vehicle challenge for the BMW 1 Series Coupe (Providing you picked the Alfa Romeo 4c) in the second season of the WSR. You will need to beat a target time of 1:17 (On very easy) which you can easily do in about 55 seconds which is well within the time frame.

Don't forget your flashbacks (cn_T) and if need be you can retry the event at the end of the event if you fail.

Other opportunities are after Season 4 in the Chevrolet Corvette Z06 with a time of 1:10 to beat. and the Ariel Atom 3 with a time of 1:35.

Missable trophy. To achieve it with no problems, I strongly recommend you to put on the lowest difficulty when you find a Vehicle Challenge on Red Bull Ring track. All you have to do is beat the target time by 5 seconds. The target time changes depending on the difficulty you choose. As this is a missable trophy, you will want to get it as soon as possible.

This achievement is actaully missable. You will have at least 3 opportunities to get this achievement during the WSR, but it is advised that you get it as soon as possible.

You'll get your first chance during Season 2, and another two chances during Season 4 (Z06/Viper & Atom/X BOW R). Just make sure you keep an eye out on the vehicle challenges during these seasons and change the difficulty to "Very Easy" before doing doing anything on this track. The target times are quite lenient and I was personally able to fulfil the requirements of this achievement 3 times during the WSR on normal difficulty. If you are about to pass the finish line, and you don't think you'll make the 5 second cutoff, make sure to pause and restart it. Also, make the most use out of your flashbacks.
