Go to Race creator:

Modifiers - boosts: gate boosts
Discipline - electric
Class - super E (or pick another fast class like the Porsche)
Location - San Francisco, short circuit
Laps doesn’t matter
Drivers doesn’t matter

Pre race, go to settings and make sure flashbacks are set to on (3).

The boost gate is early on in the lap, maybe 3 or 4 corners in. Go through the both boost gates, then use your 3 rewinds to do the same 3 more times. Make sure you rewind before the first boost gate as well.

Once you have gone through a 4th time, restart the race, rinse and repeat.

I would suggest turning the achievement tracker on for this one as well.

During electric events you’ll use electric cars that only have 1 gear. Along the track/map you’ll see 2 yellow checkpoints. Drive through both of the yellow checkpoints and you’ll receive 3 uses of boost/nitro that you can use any point during your race. You can either hold to use the boost at once or tap to use it one at a time. Drive through the yellow checkpoints 50 times and as usual the achievement will unlock.

Note: you can drive through the checkpoints multiple times in a single race to make this achievement slightly easier
