As with all other sponsors you are given a set of 3 objectives, the Avanaza objectives are:

Luckily, all 3 of these objectives can be combined into 1. Create a race with the following settings:
Discipline - Endurance
Class - Vintage Prototype
Vehicles - Bentley Speed 8
Location - Crescent Valley
Route - GP Circuit
Conditions - Dust Storm
Time - 10 minutes
Drivers - 2
Using these settings, I was easily able to get at least 19 miles per event, simply complete the event 3 times to fulfil all objectives. If you are still short some miles after doing 3 events, just do a couple lap of Indianapolis Oval Circuit.
Once you have completed the 3 objectives, the Avanzar Sponsor Event is unlocked in Rookie Grid Challenges.
The event is a time attack, win the event and achievement should unlock in post-race screens.

not sure if it's a glitch but if your units are km, objective 2 is 51km so you only need to do 5mins endurance races instead of 10mins.
