This will be your first achievement when playing the DLC.
The "SMOKIN'!" event is the first story event (it is also a Drift event), place 6th or better to complete it. You'll be driving a 2014 SRT Viper GTS-R Drift Tuned and your target will be around 22k points, which you should be able to achieve on the first few turns.
