Just go to Story > Winter Bash > First Event "Smokin'! and redo it 5 times, you do not need to achieve event requirement (Finish 6th or higher).

Completing the story gives you a 3/5 progress. You only need to redo the event twice OR make a quick race with one lap on the desert route which takes around a minute and is way faster for the last two needed.
