Fantastic guide, thanks! After completing all 36 (I think it was) chapters of the story, the only country needed is Malaysia, I believe. You can also complete the event in snow, to add to that achievement.

Thanks for pointing out I was missing Malaysia. It’s the Sepang course. I had to Google the cities I didn’t know
