To find Sponsors, head to the 'Team' tab in main menu and select 'Sponsor'. The requirements for the ACCUSE Sponsor are:
- Complete 18 laps at Fuji
- Complete 4 laps in the Mazda Autozam AZ-1

Note, that some of these requirements may be reduced if you have purchased perks to reduce them.
I found the difficult part of this was trying to beat Lara in events as she would never appear in events. The way I found, and so far, the quickest way (if anyone finds other events, please let me know), I was completing the Rise of Ravenwest DLC, and in Chapter 10 "Fair and Square" you have to beat Lara and come first in the race.
It is a 3 lap race around Suzuka which takes about 5:30 minutes each time. So approx 30 mins to beat her in 5 events; like I said the requirement maybe reduced if you have brought that perk.
Once you have completed those 3 requirements, head to 'Career', 'Rookie', 'Grid Challenges' - this should now have unlocked the Accuse Sponsor Event, which is an Elimination event and you have to place in the Top 2. (Before starting this event, it may be worth selecting the Bellezza Sponsor as there is Elimination requirements tied to this achievement as well, if you haven't started this).
Once you have completed this final event the achievement will unlock!

There should be no issues with the first two tests. But I found Lara Carvalho in the career - beginner - grid challenges - multi-class race for beginners Event 2. She is not only in this race, but this one seemed faster.
