You just have to finish the event called TC-2 Finale in the Turing part of the career mode.

As I understand it, you mean going through the event completely, i.e. all three or four races. I usually completed the last one, because... I was still in the lead, but the trophy was not counted, although the event was completed in first place. Or it follows from the conditions of the trophy that you need to complete the last race of the event.
