This is unlocked after completing the Ravenwest Showdown at the end of the Grid World Series. In order to attempt this race you will need to unlock the Grid World Series by winning 4 of the 6 other Showdowns in the game. After you have unlocked the World Series, you will need to beat 6 more events to unlock the Ravenwest Showdown.
1. The first event requires the use of a Super Touring category car and consists of 3 rounds.
2. The second event requires the use of a Oval Stock category car and consists of 3 rounds.
3. The third event requires the use of a Super Modified category car and consists of 3 rounds.
4. The fourth event requires the use of a Prototype category car and consists of 3 rounds.
5. The fifth event requires the use of a F1000 category car and consists of 3 rounds.
6. The sixth and final event requires the use of a Classic Gt category car and consists of 3 rounds. (being an invitational event, the car may be provided but I'm not 100% sure as I already owned all the cars for this category before attempting the race)
The Showdown itself require you to use a Prototype category car for one final race.

This is the final career event in the game and is unlocked by completing all the prior events in the Grid series. The difficulty here remains the same level of the rest of the game and should be fairly straight forward by this point. You do not get to choose your vehicle but there is no need to alter any tuning settings. Simply finish first in the race and you will win the event.
