How to unlock the 512 MB achievement in GRIDD: Retroenhanced - Definitive Guide
Cumulative across all runs but can technically be done in one run if you're lucky/good enough. (Endless Mode unlocks after beating Arcade Mode).
Since it's cumulative you can do as many runs as you need to unlock this, however you'll likely want to focus on your multiplier and extending runs to shorten the time spent grinding. This mode is VERY RNG heavy and your multiplier works as it does in Arcade mode: destroy things and collect the bits that they crumble into, take damage and you lose a little bit of that multiplier.
Not much else I can give for tips besides the following:
1.)Avoid taking damage as that reduces your multiplier, the runtime (due to less health) and destroys weapon upgrades.
2.)You don't have to target EVERY enemy you face, sometimes it's better to only handle a few of them and preserve your multiplier/health for a potentially easier wave later on. Just keep in mind that enemies that stay on screen (yellow dots that pounce on you, the giant cyclops that shoots triangles/debris at you, etc) need to be defeated before the next wave comes in.
3.)Try to succeed in each backdoor attempt that you get, you get substantially less time here than in Arcade mode but the extra life is a godsend for keeping your run alive.
My best has been ~900k in one run that took about 20 minutes but MMV due to the awful RNG in this game.
