Endless mode is unlocked after completing 1 run of Arcade Mode.
I AM CULLY has a great solution on how to access backdoors here and what they look like:

The biggest difference between Arcade Mode and Endless Mode backdoors are the following:
1.)You ONLY get 30 seconds
2.)Backdoors get activated automatically after a certain amount of waves have been dealt with (I think)
Similar to backdoors in arcade mode: you CAN shoot the triangle before it spins to speed things up. I have yet to test with a maxed out weapon but with a level 1 and level 2 weapon it takes 10 shots before it breaks into the cracking segment so you'll optimally want to get 7-9 shots in before it turns so that you can optimize your time in case you mess up.
At 30 seconds, you'll likely only get 1-2 chances to redo if you destroy it too early or miss a number in the cracking segment so keep that in mind when tackling this!
