Has to be 10 mins in 1 run. You may get this naturally as you grind for 1m+ kb, however it can be easily cheesed if needed.
When you get the enemy that fires triangles at you, don't kill it, just avoid taking damage by circling the triangles and run out the clock for 10 mins. You'll see plenty of power ups to replenish health, and probably get the max weapon achievement too.
