You can boost this with a friend. You only need to be present for Warden's death, you don't need the quest. I did hit him once to be sure, but I got the achievement at lvl 1 when my friend killed Warden with a lvl 50.
I made a new character, my friend joined and teleported to the lab, ran through to Warden, and opened me a rift. I hit warden once, then ran around the room while he got killed by my friend. Easy to do, takes like 5 minutes to get there and kill him.

Good easy method.
Your low level veteran character should be the host as host's difficulty setting determines it for the whole lobby.

Act 1:"The Warden" Main Quest.
You can play in normal Mode until you activate the Warden's Laboratory Rift.Quit to Main Menu and activate Veteran Mode.Teleport to that Rift and you must play a short Part to the Warden Krieg.As soon you enter the
Boss fight,place a portal near the gate you come in.If you die you can take this as a shortcut to the Boss.
Make sure you are around Level 10!If you hit Level 11 by killing the Warden,the Achievement will not unlock!!
