This is a missable achievement found in Year Two of the storyline.
As soon as you are on the dock next to the SS Limbo and Velasco, you can walk to the back and LOOK at the moon. Manny will begin to recite a poem and you'll unlock your achievement.
This can also be achieved during Year Four of the story if you miss it.
