This one is a bit tricky as the timing needs to be just right. I needed to do it a few times myself. When joining the bees, use A to chant with them. I advise to do a bad timing first so that Terry starts from the top. After each sentence, press A to chant with the rest. After the 2nd "Sea bees, Free bees' part, press A quickly as the next sentence comes directly after. Once you did it right, Terry will start chanting 'Manny Manny Calavera'. Just follow the 4 lines of that part and the achievement will pop.

It’s pretty hard to get the timing correctly, but totally doable. Took me about 3 tries to get it.

Hard indeed. Apparently you cant even save in-between as it made me do it again from the top without him saying I messed it up.

I had some trouble getting it right, but it should go like this after the 2nd "Sea bees, Free bees": Terry's line -> press the button 2x Terry's line -> press the button 3x Terry's line -> press the button 1x

I literally just turned on the subtitles and pressed A after the red text; Options Text Mode Voice and Text.

+1 from me. I thought I'd include in the comments (spoiler tag) the entire chant in full and in order, so you can anticipate when you need to press [cn_A) (Enter on Windows 10). YOU are in italics. You need to press in 'anticipation' for when the chorus would chant back (i.e. as soon as the Leader bee finishes their line, and the Chorus is about to start). You'll get a feel for it.
