To perform a Ritual, you need first to collect some candles by defeating the enemy Champions (they have a yellow star over his head).
The minimum candles required is 10.
Use
to navegate through the in game menu and when you have enough candles go to Ritual menu and press 
once them 
.
This will reset all your character status and the achievement will pop.
There a couple in game Quests to perform a Ritual a couple times. This you earn you some purple shards that can be used to buy chests.
