Chapter 2 - Part two
After getting through the windy part, and unlocking your heavy ability, find a bell with a breakable section under it. Jump and smash three times (

) to break through and fall down to another bell and breakable floor. Break this one as well to arrive to a black and white section with pots, statues and a mirror image surrounded with butterflies.
Make sure not to break the floor here, else you can start over. You'll have to find three breakable objects by jumping on them. You can use some of the pots to climb higher. You'll see if an object is breakable if it shakes after jumping on it. There are three statues which you can break with a heavy smash.
When all three are broken, the achievement will unlock and you can continue the journey.

When you get underground head to the far right and smash the two statues that you can climb onto then head to the far left and smash the last statue that you can climb up on. This achievement can be missed, if you keep randomly smashing the wrong place it will move you back to the red temple and you will need to use chapter select once you complete the game to go back and get it.
Skip to around 10:25 to get to where you start working on this achievement but following the full video will make sure that you don't miss any of the Mementos which are needed for the Memento Achievement at the end of the game.
