CHAPTER 5 - CHILDHOOD ACHIEVEMENT
You need to have all of the Mementos to be able to get Childhood cut scene to start. If you have all of the Mementos you will already have the Memento achievement - if you do not have all of the Mementos some of the lines coming from the sun diagram inside the cave will not be lit up, each line represents a Memento so this will let you know how many you still need to get. If you have missed any, complete the game then use chapter select to redo the levels you missed Mementos on.
Skip to 33:50 to see start of this achievement but following the full video will ensure you don't miss any of the Chapter 5 Mementos needed to gain this one.
Drop into the cave and move to the sun diagram on the wall then sing pressing B.

Instead of climbing up, walk left off the side of the rooftop you're on, but as soon as you walk off the left edge, hold right to go into a broken piece of wall on the side of the building. Inside, you'll find a circular drawing on the wall. Hold
in front of it to sing, activating it. This will show a longer cutscene, after which this achievement will unlock.
