The REMIX.R is located across the Koi Pond over by the Flower Bed (a little bit further where the dropped fishing net lies, the one halfway in the water). There's a hole in the stone wall where you can walk inside a lab. There's a note to collect and also a button to enter New Game Plus. As soon as you click on it, it should pop.
Be mindful though, you should complete everything you want in your playthrough or your 'world' is reset with quests and adjustments to bugs and events.

I was playing in co-op and the achievement popped for me and not for my friend. That happened in all new achievements from fully yoked update we did so far. Is that a glitch? Doesn't make sense because we completed the game together and all the other achievements popped fot both of us. Sad, he dropped the game.

That because of the host problem. You should share the world or redo the last part with a previous Save
