To gain cards, hit

(X key on PC) to go into Peep.r mode. When looking at a bug it will show ??? over it if you have not unlocked the card for it. Hit

(Left Click on PC) to record the bug in your cards. If the bug does not have the ???, you have already collected it. Gold Cards ARE NOT NEEDED TO UNLOCK.

**This achievement is a little buggy. If it does not unlock for you, first try to exit the game and sign back in. Others have said getting a Gold Card popped it for them.**

*Added Wasps and Infected Broodmother. Awaiting confirmation on if they are now needed for the achievement.

Black Worker Ant - trash heap / upper yard porch
Ladybug - main yard
Bee - best place is on the picnic table
Firefly - near sprinklers at night
Sickly Roly poly - right side of trash heap
Roly Poly - upper yard
Moth - One on top of Moldorc Castle, another at the top of the fallen tree in the upper yard, a tired on top of the stump above the stump lab, a fourth one on top of the wheelbarrow, the 5th one is on top of the lamp in the upper yard, by a Station and that bottle with 5 milk molars. You have to build a ramp up there (thanks Punk Nine)

Infected Broodmother - Spider cave in the Haze (in a trench under the stepping stone near the garden lamp)
Koi Fish - pond, kinda hard to miss

Harmless

Aphid - everywhere
Weevil - everywhere
Grub - near oak tree, use shovel to dig up moving ground
Gnat - usually near water sources
Meaty Gnat - trash heap (Need Toxicology badge or Gas Mask to enter the trash heap. Cannot see the Meaty Gnat from outside the trash)
Tadpole - pond
Water Boatman - pond
Scarab - upper yard. Found 4 really easy to kill Scarabs in the Under Shed. Take the white pipe to your left up until you can jump up to the green metal pipe. When you get to the concrete block on your left, float over and then jump on the metal coupling and then up to the metal tubing. Go right and you will be able to jump on a nail, then onto another piece of tubing. From there, head towards the white pipe opening and jump down into it. There will be 4 Scarab beetles in here and a dust mite. They can't escape, so pretty easy killing.

Just had the same thing happen to me on version 1.1. Director Schmector was my last card and no achievement.

So the achievement unlocked for me when I switched to my Xbox Series X. I've had the best luck w/ sticky achievements when I try a different console.

I also had the same problem, I was not the host and it didn't pop after all Peeps. I tried restarting, didn't work. Then I also tried to get a Gold Card (Red Ants (tier 1) were one-hit kill with my level 9 and level 7 gear). It popped as soon as I cleared the Red Ant hill, killed dozens of them and getting thus the Gold Card.
Don't forget to loot the corpses, else you won't unlock any Gold Card!

My final one was the mantis. Didn't pop right away. I finished the fight, saved the game and quit out. After starting the game again the achievement unlocked for me.

So, the bottom line is I think they are, but I can't be sure. I peeped the Infected Broodmother, but it didn't pop until I got my next gold card. The reason I can't confirm is because I didn't get a gold card in between the Infected Wolf Spider and the Infected Broodmother!

For the Infected Broodmother you need the Moldy Hoagie, (Recipe in Director Schmector's Lab - 3 Toenail, 2 Broodmother Chunks, Mantis Head, Wasp Queen Head), her cave only opens once the Weedkiller is plugged with Gum.

You should get the gold card automatically for any boss or creature that doesn’t respawn.

@TheMonkeyKing 89, Just shoot the moth that is on top of the castle. Get to the highest flat area where the milk molar is and climb on the far side. You should be able to barely see and shoot the moth from there, She'll join you fast enough after 1 hit :)

@hls bck check under the hedge lab in one of the broken sections. I found two Ruz.ts lying on the ground. Loot them and you should get the gold card.

The Ruz.Ts should respawn after a period of time, but I’m pretty sure the gold card is not guaranteed when looting them. The only spawns that guarantee a gold card are the Asst. Manage and Mant, since they don’t respawn.

Also, it’s still not even confirmed if you need gold or not, once there are no legit unlocks yet.

Found 2 Ruz.T in an easy to miss section of the hedge maze. When you use the first zip line drop early so you’re on a large branch. There’s a lab door to the left with two inside.

@DanTheWhale For regular cards, you can just Peep; no need to fight anything for those. The moth is not a boss creature. You do need to kill it for its Gold Card though. It will have a 1% drop for its Gold Card just like any other creature.

I'd assume no Gravekin, the patch notes for 1.0 mentioned removing the ability to "save scum" for better loot so I'm guessing that'll be part of it, and that the loot is generated on death now rather than on looting

I honestly feel like getting all the Gold Cards is a bug if you were to ask me like there no way anybody would have the sanity to sit though getting 58 Golden Cards that are like a 0.5 to 1% Drop Rate for an Achievement if that's the case that is really freaking stupid and needs to be updated to just peeping all the Enemies in the Game hope they change this cause RNG Achievements aren't fun they are just time wasters (And not in a good way) and really REALLY Boring and annoying Achievements to go for someone could get it in like 3 hours and another person can get it after there 100th to 200th Hour its really stupid

And I agree with you @ return crazy, I have many bugs with over 100 kills and no gold card including spider wolf, it's just ridiculus that random system. If we don't get it after a certain number, they should just give it to us simply for killing too many.

OK you lucky people. Save scumming doesn't work if you kill a bug and reload to loot.
BUT....
You can save before you fight and keep killing until you get a gold card. No need to make tons of kebobs or waiting 14 in game days for Widows. Just save kill and kill again.

Time saving if going for gold cards. Doesn't help for farming loot.

Its not RNG. You have to keep killing them until the hearts turn all the way gold. There is a set kill limit for each enemy but its hidden. You just need to turn the hearts gold. Some enemies require 1 kill and some require hundreds.

I’m only getting cards when I loot. Doesn’t matter if you are full, as long as you loot the body. You can also get gold cards for other people in your game looting bugs, doesn’t have to be you specifically.

Unless I’m way off base, the hearts in the cards represent how much health each mob has and the hearts have nothing to do with getting gold.

No. Only way to save scum is through the waft emitters. Save before the raid and kill everything. If you don’t get a card, reload the save and do the raid again.

It should go without saying, but wait until you’ve done most of the game content (especially the MIX.R and Super MIX.R Defenses and the Cocktail Defense) before save scumming the raids and using the resource scanner method. I got at least two gold cards doing the MIX.Rs and still have the final cocktail defense left to prep for.

This achievement was still weird as my last gold card was the mantis boss and it took me a while before I ended up getting a gold version. Once I got the gold version (to clarify, I had already peeped the boss and had the card in my collection) of the card, this achievement finally popped up despite the patch claiming to not need all gold versions of each card. Hopefully you guys have an easier time trying to obtain this one than I did with the "patch fix".

I think i screwed myself out of the achievement. I've been playing with my girlfriend and her son on a shared world. I come home from work and they tackled all the labs, but didn't get the scan for tayz.t. I've been looking for more in the labs, but I don't see anymore robots. @Ham Not sure which robot it is, but check the hedge floor, there’s usually a robot fighting an orb weaver near the coke can.

@Whitefire try resetting the cache on your xbox (not sure if this is for all consoles, but usually turn it off, unplug it for 2 minutes, then load back up) then load the game and hopefully it should pop when you load back into your world after you peeped your last creature. Gold is definitely not required anymore, unless they screwed something up with the update earlier this week.

You can re-summon the Termite King, Mantis and Broodmother, but not the Asst Manager. You don’t need to re-summon the Asst Manager though, as soon as you loot it, you get the card.

you need to be the host for it to pop. have them share the world with everyone that didn't get it and then each person jumps in as host. (I know this works for 100%, I've heard it works for peeping too, but cannot confirm that one)

Check the ground of the hedge near the soda can and then around some of the broken labs on the ground. There’s usually robots fighting spiders in those areas. Not sure which ones they are though.

I originally had it as one list for each of the three sections, but it would not let me break for the rows, so instead, I opted to make each row a list so you could easily reference the number in that row you are missing. Check on the floor of the hedge. I’m not sure which robots they are, but there’s a location or two that you come across robots fighting orb weavers.

I have all cards, all creatures peeped, with many gold cards, but I still didn't get the achievement. Gotta love full release bugs.

Ugh...I have them all and it hasn't unlocked. I was playing cloud play....hoping maybe when I switch to my xbox it'll unlock for me, or maybe when I unlock another gold card. LOVE this game but bugs like this are frustrating.

Peeped the Infected Wolf Spider and Wasp Queen last night and still no pop, (will confirm after the Infected Broodmother, but it looks like they are all needed).

I added them to the list since they shift some things around a little on the end of the Angry cards. I put them in italics until you can confirm if they are needed or not.

Found the fire ant hill. Next to a cinder block near the fallen tree. I found the back entrance by going through a big revine in the upper yard (near a rocket candy canister) and dropping down to to Yogi Swol Head. (Looks like it’s between a long line and two branches west of the wheel barrow on the map.

(Lots of Supreme marble and Raw Science in there along with a tooth I gave up trying to jump to)

There isn’t a fire ant hill, at least yet. You can find them in front of the shed. The area is called “Upper Grasslands”

For the moth card: One is at the top of the green light thing at the "Castle of Moldorc" on the North East side of the map. I was able to scan it without fighting the it, but I imagine for 100% you need to fight and kill it. I've also read there's another moth on top of the stump lab but I haven't seen this one.

People keep saying 1% drop rate but I have to believe it's skewed depending on how common a creature is. Mites, for example, are super common and super easy to kill. I've killed hundreds of mites and still don't have their gold card. Yet I got the mantis in four tries. Maybe this is purely confirmation bias but surely if all things are equal then mites would be far easier to get a gold card for than the mantis.

Until the developers change or patch it, right now the only way people are getting it to unlock are with all gold cards.

That can't be true because I've literally save scummed to get the gold cards. I just got the sickly roly poly gold card earlier today by saving before I slept, which caused three of them to spawn. I kept reloading - sleeping - and then killing until I got lucky and got the gold card.

The achievment still seems to require you to do something more than to collect all cards. Here is what I did to NOT get it.

I saved my last card to be the Mantis.
I scanned the mantis unlocking the card but with no effect on the achievments.
I killed the mantis, unlocking the mantis-kill achievment.

My savefile is not on "costum" difficulty, as it unlocked the mantis kill achievement. I also tried persistent storage cleanings and unplugging the xbox for several hours. Nothing worked.

Achievement super buggy my last creature card was the infected brood mother didn’t pop until I defeated her as Muzzily stated save the game and quit out and popped for me also 😃

Let me check, I have peeped Wasp and Wasp Drone, but not the other two or the infected Wolf Spider, I'll peep that before the other two and report back. I just thought Falkor89 above me stated the Infected Broodmother was their last.
