Hi all , Ive just found the black ant queen and have made a quick video showing the location. Just head down into the black ant nest, get to the opening with a table and a chest on a ledge, to the side there is a tunnel looking down - warning the video does has a spoiler for the reward for befriending the ant queen.

Do you have to start ng+ and kill all the other queens as well?

i have not started a new game + so you should be able to do all three in your pre update save I am just getting some of the quests in at the present time but i started to notice alot of them i have already done before update and are not popping. I dont know if they will carry over to new game plus

Hello everyone! I managed to find all 3 of the Ant Queens very easily.
Before going to them, first purchase the food required to befriend them! You can purchase them at the ASL terminal in any of the field stations. Making the food requires tier 3 materials, so if you're starting out, you won't be able to befriend them until endgame.
Just for the record, you don't have to start a new game. They are already in your world you've been playing on.
The Black Ant Queen is located at the Black Anthill Descent, just southwest of the map, surrounded by trash bags. Once inside, traverse until you find the lab surrounded by Black Soldier Ants. Do not go inside the lab! Instead make a right, heading deeper into the cave and she will be standing there alone.
The Red Ant Queen is located in the anthill west near the Candy Dispenser. The location doesn't appear on the map, but it is close by. Just keep an eye out. Once inside, there are 2 caves to enter from. Take the right path and you should see red grass. This area also has 2 entrances. Take the entrance with the roots on the right. Next, you should come across a room with exploding plants. Immediately take a right in the cave with the slime torches. Once through, you should see the Ant Queen on the other side of the roots. Just keep following the path.
The Fire Ant Queen is the hardest of the 3, mostly because Fire Ants will always be hostile. For those of you who are endgame and have all the Sites & Wonders unlocked, travel to the Yogi Swole Head. It will be west of the wheelbarrow, in that giant hole infested with Fire Ants. You can also traverse through the Jungle Anthill, which will also be west of the wheelbarrow and south of the lawnmower. There will be a headless figurine right next to the Anthill. Once at the very bottom of the hole, there will be 2 cave entrances. Take the widest hole entrance to the right and the Fire Ant Queen will be waiting for you.
