Grounded

I'm not too familiar w/ this game - I used the 182 day file. Here's how I unlocked though after w/ that save. This should work regardless.

I essentially followed this video guide:
1. Go to the Hedge Lab or go back to it if already completed (right side of the map) and go to where the super chip is/was. Now there will be a Duper Disc nearby on the seat. Other locations are on the video, however here is a guide for Hedge Lab:

• to see the map click

• labs are a red circle icon w/ outlined shapes inside it

2. Now go to Oak Lab - insert the Duper Disc in the Super Duper machine (the room w/ the little robot running around)

• this is to the north in a grey circle bit

3. Find a cheap item to dupe!

As @Maverick Hiro pointed out - you can go to any lab - Hedge was just the easiest for me
As others have pointed out - only the HOST gets the achievement
