I did have an issue finding one challenge based on the guide's pictures but found it here next to Funghigh Lookout

Challenges consist of a time trial race through white squares. Some of them are pretty easy, and others will test your patience and luck, since the controllers aren't near as precise as they need to be. They are floating pods marked with a "POD's Challenge" label once seen from POD's Vision. The ones blinking are not yet finished, whereas when you finish a challenge, it will turn off its light, and be marked with a "V". See the image below for references.
Desafio da POD - POD's challenge. Notice there are two on the lower side of the picture already completed.
There are 40 of them - 38 scattered through the world, one in the moon and one on the asteroid belt, above the moon (left of it, using POD's Vision). Simply complete all of them and the trophy will unlock.
If you are stuck on a challenge, try another one. Practice makes perfection in this case.
There are a total of 40 POD challenges scattered across the planet that you'll need to complete to unlock this achievement. Completing them entails passing through each of the checkpoints before the timer expires. Completing challenges unlocks new suits for BUD, each of which comes with perks for using it.
Finding the challenges is relatively simple. They all show up and are marked on your world view map, so you can simply scan the planet to look for new ones. If you've completed a POD challenge, it will be marked with a big check mark on your map. To check the progress of how many you've completed, press the menu button and then to pull up your game stats. Here it will show you how many challenges of the 40 you've completed.
I highly recommend you don't even bother trying to complete challenges until you've at least unlocked the glider ability and collected 30 crystals to have a stronger jetpack and two batteries. If you wait until you unlock the full strength jetpack, the boost for your glider, and the fourth battery, most of the challenges will be a piece of cake. There are only a couple challenges that require navigation while flying or free falling that might take you a couple attempts because they don't depend on upgrades:
Oiter Asteroid - you'll need the boost for your glider to make it through all the checkpoints in time, and it still may take a couple tries to navigate through all the asteroids without hitting any
Rocky Steps - this challenge requires you to free fall through all the checkpoints. The only way to do it in time is to not stop for any reason, and therefore you cannot press to deploy your chute. You'll probably crash into rocks and fail a couple times but keep trying until you get used to the path and the camera angles
But you can choose other costumes, for example, a ninja - he jumps higher, and an aviator - he is fast and his jetpack pushes him harder. Or a higher variant, but I haven't tested it
