You first meet Coscorrona in Pantanillo within Los Maglares after completing the Templo de Jade. She's on the west side of town and after speaking with her you will be able to train in her skill tree. You must purchase the 1st level of each of the four grapple moves: Pile Driver, Suplex, Das Boot and Rocket Kick. Each costs 950 gold and has no other prerequisite. Once purchased, simply use each grapple once and the achievement will unlock. Here's how to use each:

Pile Driver: Grab enemy with then press
Suplex: Grab enemy with then press (back on left stick)
Das Boot: Grab enemy with then press (forward on left stick)
Rocket Kick: Grab enemy with then press
