This is story related and cannot be missed. When you get to the point where you will be thrown into jail at Prison "El Corazon". Begin your escape getting past the various obstacles and enemies and eventually you will come to a chicken chamber (the gold chicken statues in which you enter their mouth). Jump into the toilet found inside and it will drop you off right in the middle of the Pollo Illuminati's headquarters, popping the achievement.
