Hi folks, to play as Salvador you need to get gold in all the 15 proving ground challenges then unlock the chest which has the outfit in the final door, there is no other challenge once you unlock the final door, you just step in talk to the divine entity then the chest will appear. Once you unlock Salvador outfit head to Isla bonita and visit the mother superior and talk to her, the trophy will pop few seconds later
