This will very likely come early in the game through natural gameplay. Once you acquire the mask in Los Manglares you will then receive the ability to dodge/roll. Simply press LT while on the ground to roll and be sure to do so during an enemy attack. This can be from either an enemy's melee or ranged attack and the combo counter in the top left will confirm it's been done properly by saying "dodge". Simply do this 10 times and you'll get the achievement.

As @busterfrosty noted this can't be done on the same enemy 10x it should be 10 different enemies.
