The easiest and earliest place you can get this achievement is the second temple known as the Obsidian Temple. If you have gotten to this temple, you should already have Uppercut, Derpderp, Dimension Switch, Chicken and the Pollo Shot for the chicken. You may have also gotten two more optional Pollo upgrades but they arent required for this dungeon. This temple gives the Frog Slam, Headbutt and Double Jump upgrades.
Thats all you need for this temple. The map displays rocks that you can break so if you are missing rooms, it isnt easy to be confused with what you are missing in the area. The temple also has easy navigation as there are lights (i dont know what else to call them lmao) that return you to the main room.
