The best place to do this is Los Manglares after you get the Dimension Swap in the Badlands. There is a large ravine that has ten hook points, but you'll only be able to reach eight without being able to freely swap.
Drop to the bottom, killing everything on the way down is optional. The first nine are placed in such a way that you won't have to adjust too much to continue on, but the tenth is just out of reach. Rooster Uppercut (

Start Point: Third Skeleton/Checkpoint from the Top
Method: Falling from the start point, there’s 15 hook points to hit. If you feel like you’re going to miss, hit one of the voids to reset. Don’t go from the bottom up, you’ll come up short.

I did this one but went from the bottom up. There will be two sections of hooks with 5-6 hooks in them. You can get through each section fine but bridging the sections is tricky. If you jump to the wall on the right after the first section of hooks you can wall run and then wall fly to the next section. Touching the wall doesn't count as the floor so as long as you don't touch the floor while getting to the wall you'll get it like I did.
