This achievement is for getting Gold on all Proving Grounds challenges. This video really helped me (not mine, so give the author a thumbs up), also you can cheat your way through some of the challenges using the Infinite Pollo Shot when you unlock that.
Favourite outfit was Flame Face as the damage boost he'd get when you're over 100 combo was really helpful.
