This Achievement requires completing the Let Sleeping Gods Lie Achievement in order to unlock the Salvador costume!
Once the Salvador costume is unlocked, head to Isla Bonita and then open the map and head towards the Templo de la Serpiente entrance. Just outside of it before you get to the entrance is a church, and inside that church is the Mother Superior.
