To unlock this, you need to collect all five key parts and complete The Crucible in The Prison. Collecting the key parts and completing The Crucible isn't the easiest feat but it's doable with some persistence. Below is a video by PowerPyx on how to do it. It might be wise to save some upgrades for the Jaguars and for the final boss, because you can heal yourself by leveling up a skill during a battle. Good luck!

Besides being really good at platforming and having really good reflexes there is no real solution to this madness, whoever designed the crucible is a total jerk
