This achievement requires the Three Enemigos DLC.
At a checkpoint, choose to change your option and scroll until you find Uay Pek. The earlier this is done, the better - later on you run into enemies that can only be hit in one world. Note that she takes extra damage in the Living World. If you're not sure which one you're in, if your attacks are healing you, you're in the Dead World.
