The quickest way I found to get this was in caverns del pollo, run past the save point and past the teleporting head thing then fight your way down to the 8th floor, there will be 2 skeletons rolling around .. You also must quickly roll around to get behind them coz they will strike you quickly. Once both skeletons are close together quickly punch them as so they can not hit you.. Once both are gone the achievement will pop! I had the skeletons trapped up against the wall..
