This how I got "Combo Nerd" and "That was INTENSE"

When you get the Objective "Find your way through the Canal to the Desert" you will come across a boat after a little bit of running around.

Get on the boat.

The boat will automatically start advancing and a crap ton of enemies will spawn. Use you INTENSO Meter and you should dominate them all.

There is much more than 20 enemies. The cheevo should pop when you meter dies.

For any of you trying to get this achievement AFTER you've already blazed through the story and can't be arsed to start again. Easiest way I found to do it with basically 0 skill is to go to El Infierno and go into Room #2. Tasked with getting a combo of 200 (I danced around as a chicken for that, pecking at the skellie's toes) you should very easily be able to get the 20 kills in Intense mode. I simply waited for the first few guys to spawn (think they got to a max of about 8 on screen) before I unleashed the beast and just went to town on em. Way more than 20 enemies in that chamber.
