You can unlock this achievement at stage 2 in horde mode. You have to kill 50 enemys to get a 3 star rating.
My advise is to stick to the ground in later waves. Enemys above can't hurt you if you don't jump... so if you keep the lower section clear, you should be pretty safe. Keep an eye on the shooting enemys at the ground and kill them immediately. If you see a cat go to the other side and wait until she jumps into the middle, now let the cat explode with a small distance between you.
