To stun a player, you must simply shoot the enemy player in a mode in which shooting an enemy stuns them. (i.e exploding cat or chicken mini-game).
This achievement should come naturally as you grind out your achievements for completing X number of rounds.
The easiest/most effective game mode to complete this achievement is the chicken mini-game. Enemies are more concerned with dodging the incoming chickens and become easy targets to your fire (which is how you are supposed to strategically win this game mode anyways).
You can always check your achievement tracker if you need to check your progress.

You can only stun opponents in certain game modes. When in the correct mode your bullet will simply stun an opponent when you shoot them. The easiest game mode to do this in is Chicken Rain. Select custom mode and then select Chicken Rain matches. Select 3 opponents, and set the AI to easy (or use idle guest accounts). Repeatedly shoot all opponents to stun them. Rinse and repeat.
