Although the new achievements from the title update don't specify in the achievement descriptions, they still require 3-4 players (combination of players and bots).
This achievement is quite easy. I would recommend attempting this during one of the applicable Cup challenges to save on time.
You will notice a large statue in the background of the screen. If you press the attack button while the statue eye is open, it will damage you and it will void the achievement (for that round). You can technically win this round without ever firing a shot, as the bots will eventually try to shoot you with the eye open and receive damage themselves.
If you are having issues, you can do it on versus mode to help control the number of bots and the level of difficulty. If you have a total of 3 controllers, you can boost it yourself.

You should note that the only Cup challenge with the Third Eye game type is #6, Shotgun. But it's much easier to just do this in a Custom game.

In Third Eye mode there is a large eyeball in the background in the centre of the screen. If you take a shot whilst the eye is open and is looking, it will shoot you with it's laser. Be sure to only take shots when the eye is closed. Win the round without getting shot by the laser.
