I've tried this a few different times and cannot get it to pop. Could you please clarify your solution a bit more? Is the person doing the attacking Player 2 and the person going for the achievement doing the attack once the R.I.S.C. gage has been filled? I've tried it both ways, and nothing.

Yeah, maybe it wasn't worded properly like I thought it would, I'll correct it. But yeah, P1 has to attack and block P2 with the R.I.S.C. gauge being maxed out, a /!\ sign will appear and then P2 has to be hit once for a forced counter hit.

As May, play through Arcade mode (it is vital that you win 2-0 every match) until you fight Chipp for the second time (it should say "Here comes Daredevil.")
