From the main menu, select "Collection" then "Fishing". Once you have 200 or more W$, choose either selection of Gallery/Avatar, Player Room, or Digital Figure items and fish. The items you unlock are earned randomly.

To fish go Collection > Fishing. Choose what you want to fish for. The lowest price is 200W$. You need to spend 100,000W$ for Extinct Species (35G) so you will be fishing a lot.
