From the main menu select Offline player vs. CPU.
You'll be able to change some settings at the player select screen.
Change Number of Rounds to 1
Time Limit to 30
CPU level to Beginner if you want to beat them with an easier time.
This will unlock at the results screen upon victory.

Regarding downvotes, I think people use them to express their feeling on the achievement rather than the solution, (ie. "Well that's dumb")
