This can be done in training mode.
First you have to pick Jack-O
Press Down, Down Punch to place a Ghost House. After a few moments a Servant will come out.
Press Down, Down Heavy Slash to open the organ. Press Slash to set the count down counter on the servant and the ghost house. After 3 seconds the house and the minion will blow up getting you the Trophy.
