This achie is easily earned over Live or Local play. Collect enough star power for both to activate it at the same time and make sure you have a 4x multiplier each, so that it doubles to 8x. This will come quick for most players in a co-op match.

Just for those of you who can't get a boosting partner to play with, this can actually be done solo, with a little bit of fancy finger work.
Use a guitar controller for the lead, and a controller for the bass.
Start up the song 'Movin' Out' in tier 2. The guitar has enough notes and 2 star power sections before the bass comes in.
I did it on medium, but I am sure it can be done on any difficulty.
Place the controller on your leg, and place the butt of the guitar beside the controller. Then just earn the star power, and tilt the guitar at the same time as pressing select on the controller

Thanks for this! Took me a couple of tries, but it worked. Just a note to others - you don't have to tilt the guitar and activate on the second controller at the exact same time. Just do it before losing your 4x multiplier (and before the bass kicks in.)

You don't have to activate star power with the second controller. Only one player has to activate star power.

For this you have to play in co-op and activate Star Power when you have a 4x multiplier (which is earned by getting a 30 note streak). The achievement will unlock instantly.
