How to unlock the Don't Get Mad, Get Even achievement in Guitar Hero Aerosmith - Definitive Guide

From the Xbox LIVE section of the menu, host or join a ranked Face-Off match. Once you defeat an opponent, this Achievement will unlock, even if they quit before the song has finished. There don't seem to be many people playing online anymore, so you could probably find a ranked match with a friend and have them throw the match if you need the Achievement that badly.

Very similar achievement to My Fist Your Face. Follow the description for that achievement and you should get this pretty quickly.
