How to unlock the Walkin' the Dog achievement in Guitar Hero: Aerosmith - Definitive Guide

There are fewer people playing this online right now, which may make it easier for you to find a ranked match against a friend and cheat your way through this one. In any case, play a Pro-Face Off match and beat your opponent by 10,000 points. If you have earned a total of over 10,000 points and your opponent quits the match, you will also earn this Achievement.

This achievement will likely unlock for you when you unlock My Fist Your Face. Again, if you are having trouble winning by 10,000 points then I suggest you just keep practicing your best song. Alternatively, you could try to boost but it may be hard to find your friend's lobby or for them to find yours as the lobby system doesn't tell you the host's name until you have joined.
